IQA MAJU Sdn. Bhd. (IM) is a construction company newly established in 2015. IM is set-up by 4 brothers who are both enthusiastic in construction field and been working in related field for more than 10 years each.

IM mainly specializes in Industrialize Building System (IBS) installation work nationwide, and we offer one-stop solution services from main contracting, project management, integrated engineering, construction or partner basis to specialist sub-contracting which covering most construction related disciplines.

A Story
Participated Projects
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from University of Science Malaysia, P.Pinang – year 2007.

Previously, he was with LT Platinum Sdn. Bhd (LTPSB) with the latest post – Project Manager (year 2015). He joint LTPSB in March 2011 served as site engineer. He mainly get involved in structure of building with advance technology method – Industrialized Building System (IBS) during his tenure under LTPSB.

He also served under Gamuda Engineering Berhad after graduation until January 2011. He was among few young engineers elected for overseas projects. With the outstanding performance and cooperativeness, he was promoted to Senior Engineer in the following year.

IKEA2, CHERAS KL (2014 to 2015)
Contract Sum: approx. RM2.5 Million
Project Scope: installation of precast elements for entire building on site; as well as in-situ work on required area.

KLINIK KESIHATAN KELAS 2, SIBU (2013 to 2014)
Contract Sum: approx. RM386k
Project Scope: installation of precast elements for one main block and one headquarter on site.

PINEWOOD STUDIO ISKANDAR, JOHOR (2012 to 2013)
Contract Sum: approx. RM650k
Project Scope: installation of precast elements for two TV studios and one Dubbing Theatre.

Dukhan Highway (44KM – 4 lanes dual carriageway with shoulders) (2007-2009)
Contract Sum: Approx RM1.0 Billion
